Our fully trained coaches are able to log on according to their schedules, using an internet-connected computer, smartphone, or tablet, and engage with people from all over the world.
Every coach receives free, comprehensive training, and new coaches are assigned a coaching mentor to support them as they bring the hope of the gospel to the lost.
Hundreds of people come to our chat platform each day desperate for someone to listen, looking for answers, and feeling lost.
We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about their faith in Jesus and want to share with others the hope they have found in Him.
The Groundwire Training Academy consists of lessons that help coaches learn how to use our chat platform to share the Gospel with those requesting a chat. As part of our self-paced training, we teach coaches how to handle difficult situations, such as encountering suicidal chatter. In total, there are 6 hours of training. With just 2-4 hours of training a week, you can expect to graduate from the Groundwire Training Academy in 1-3 weeks.
