How are we going to share Biblical truth with youth and young adults who believe our message is outdated and answers irrelevant?

If they won’t walk into our churches and they won’t seek out a spiritual voice, we must interrupt their lives...catch them off guard as they live their lives and inject truth.

The need is real. Youth in America are in crisis. Millions are caught in lives full of pain and empty of meaning. Students without Christ face not only the daily grind of hopelessness but also an eternity of separation from the God who loves them. Even self-proclaimed Christian kids are in trouble. According to Josh McDowell in The Last Christian Generation, 69-94% of them will leave the traditional Church after high school, never to return.

The time is now.  As Groundwire leverages the media students are loyal to and the anonymity of the Internet to offer lost and hurting youth open and honest conversations with trained spiritual coaches, you can help these young people take the next step by becoming a partnering Church or Organization with Groundwire.

It is doable.

Sharing Christ with 468,000 young people in Phoenix, Arizona on radio sounds like a great idea right? Most ministers in the world would love that audience. But not everyone has an extra $26,000 in his or her annual budget. Perhaps you are that person. You would love to see this happen, but you don't know how to come up with the funds to support this initiative. We have listed the three most common routes that people go to ensure proper funding for a radio or tv campaign. As you look them over, remember that there are many ways to make this happen.
  • One gift for the annual amount.
If your church, organization or business understands the importance of using media to reach the younger generations and if they can make available the necessary funds, this is the quickest route to make this happen. Also, there are people in your church/community that believe in reaching students with the gospel who would get excited about the pure metrics of this opportunity. Share the vision with as many as possible and watch what God might do. 
  • Twelve $2,100 gifts.
Some communities find it easier to raise the necessary funds if they split it up. Twelve people/churches/businesses that would contribute $2,100 a year would put you very close to the goal.
  • Twenty-one $100 monthly givers.
$2,100 at one time might seem out of reach to some, but $100 a month seems more doable. If you committed $100 a month and found 20 others to do the same, you have a station paid for.
